Rachael M. and Leon E. Bagley Endowed Scholarship

The Bagley Scholarship was established in 2000 in honor of Rachael’s mother, Ruth McFerran, and Leon’s sister-in-law, Helen Bagley, both long time teachers at Edwards-Knox Central School and Madrid-Waddington Central School.  The scholarship provides assistance to graduates of Edwards-Knox and Madrid-Waddington Central Schools attending SUNY Canton.
