Congratulations to Maiya Amo, pictured here at the Pearl Harbor and Patriot's Pen Essay scholarship winners ceremony held on Thursday, December 8th, 2023 at the Massena VFW Post 1143. The Patriot's Pen essay theme this year was "How are you inspired by America?" Maiya's essay came in 2nd place and she was awarded a certificate of merit and a $50 scholarship.
