Congratulations to the M-W US Drone Soccer Team!

This past weekend, our team competed at the AMA Region 2 US Drone Soccer Championship at SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Utica, NY—facing off against top teams from across New York State. After an incredible performance, our team secured 2nd place and earned an invitation to the U.S. Drone Soccer Championship in Alexandria, VA, May 2-3.

A special shoutout to William for his clutch sudden-death goal during the championship match, keeping our team alive for a final showdown. The Jackets battled Owego’s squad three times in an intense series throughout the day, ultimately falling 2 matches to 1 in a hard-fought final. The competition gets tougher every year, and we’re so proud of our students' dedication, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
